Criminal law is that part of public law that provides for the provision of criminal sanctions to anyone committing actions that the legal system recognizes as a crime.
It is the set of rules, of different rank, which govern the legal condition of a foreigner in Italy, that is, all rights and duties linked to their arrival, movement, residence or departure (e.g. work, health care, etc.). More specifically, the firm takes care of the following administrative procedures: applications for entry visas; issue and renewal of all types of residence permits; family reunification; family cohesion; detection of undeclared work; entry flows; requests for citizenship for permanent residence, marriage and iure sanguinis; verification of any Schengen inadmissibility and assessment of the possibility of cancellation/revocation.

Translations, apostiles and legalizations
The Zucca law firm also offers its clients the new service of translations (into any language), of apostiles, or legalization of the acts issued by the Italian public administration, to be asserted abroad, that is, the acts and certificates issued by the various consulates/Embassies in Italy.

In 2002 he graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Brescia.
Since 2006 he has been a member of the Brescia Bar.
Since 2019 he has been enrolled as a Court of Cassation lawyer.
For several years legal adviser for a trade union, professional agencies, accountants and freelancers.
Lawyer Viola Donati
Born in Gavardo (Brescia), 13.02.1996
She graduated from the Faculty of Law at Alma Mater Studiorum University of Bologna, being lectured in both Italian and French and discussing the thesis entitled “Administrative detention of foreigners: detention without offense”.
She has held a bilingual Italian-French master’s degree in European law at the University of Nanterre in Paris, with a particular focus on human rights.

Born in Kazakhstan, 03.02.1977
She graduated from the University of Fine Arts in Pietropavlovsk, Kazakhstan. She carries out translation and interpreting activities, with particular focus on the Russian language.
